Excuses and stupid rationalization again! We were out in front in that group, may I remind you? This again is emblematic of Ole’s mentality... we were in complete control of that group but we gave it up without a fight.

Lastly, the manager that is likely going to win the “weak” Italian league this season, won with Chelsea at first try.

Keep up with the foolish excuses, fellas, and throw a label of fact around it!

so you do accept the manager did very well to be in complete control of the group at the beginning <ok>

your speculation is being wrapped up as facts while you don’t accept those that do not fit in your theories. You can cite all the managers in the world doing well but the key facts for United are about those that have actually managed us in the past. They’ve not done well have they <laugh>

Your logic is off! Doing well at the beginning and not maintaining it is the problem. Inability to inspire till the end is a persistent problem.

Your skewed bias to forever assume an indefensible position will hold you hostage until we reach a point of no return. That day will come!

Can't we leave this thread to fester and die - I suspects we will be having a lively, friendly discussion tomorrow at some point <laugh>

Nah... leave it open! This back and forth is gross but also sadly insightful. lol

Hey, if we don’t win tomorrow, we lose second place. And if Chelsea wins their next match, then we are really under pressure. If this scenario turns out to be the case, we will be lucky to remain in top 4 at the end of the season if the last 12 matches is anything to go by.

So yes, let’s go for a win tomorrow and end City’s run for the hell of it and rekindle our season.
