There is no team contest with Fatjockey this year; they are running their own competition. Fatjockey members are more than welcome to join in Please register your interest below if you intend to participate Thanks
Each-way terms simplified 1-4 Runners – Win Only 5-7 Runners – 1/4 of the odds for the first two places 8+ Runners in a non-handicap – 1/5 of the odds for the first three places 12-15 Runners in a handicap – 1/4 of the odds for the first three places 16+ Runners in a handicap – 1/4 of the odds for the first four places Or simplify it more by doing 8+ runners 1/4 price 3 place up to 16+ runners.
Right Happy to change the 6-7 runners to 5-7 runners - done that Happy to change 15+ to 16+ although don't see the point as my rules are slightly more generous There aren't many non handicaps with 15+ runners so don't see the point of treating handicaps and non handicaps differently I think most people would be happy with getting 1/4 of the odds for a 20/1 4th in a 15 runner race whatever type of race it is In summary Nass, I think I'll keep to my more generous and simple rules apart from the 2 places, which I have improved to 5-7 runners Thanks for the thoughts Ron
I'm in. Thank you Ron for running this great competition again this year. Good luck everyone and greetings from germany
Of course Just to clarify (and a point I've raised before, sorry!) but "stakes returned" - - - as per the Saturday comp, where a NR gets you a £2 or £4 "return"? Therefore £1000 on a NR returns a grand? Just looking for a loophole to exploit! And needless to say, thanks for running this
I'm in please Ron. Haven't posted in a long time but thought I would check back in with Cheltenham on the horizon. Cheers
