LJ and Holden got it wrong with their handling of Massengo, Eliasson and Palmer and tried to change them.

I get that, we have decent players, they need to be utilised properly......for what ever reason, LJ didn't quite get it right..(he was much better than Deano for changing things up though)..but maybe it comes with experience, of which hopefully NP will address..
Maybe RP and alike, are unable to see potential in players........:emoticon-0103-cool:

It also didn't help that both he kept playing Massengo instead of protecting him and Palmer and Eliasson were constantly subbed or dropped after a poor performance result but he kept faith in the likes of Paterson and ODowda, who were both wholly inconsistent and in Paterson's weak as well.

As I said I think you might be right about ODowda he is still under contract but he has to prove it now with consistency, I think Paterson is a goner, I see him at Sunderland next year and good luck to him.

The players got LJ sacked along with some poor decisions.

We may have most of what we need at the club, even the midfield general in Walsh, but we need a right back to replace Hunt is just does not cut it he is a liability defensively and 2 strikers because hopefully Diedhiou will move on.

100% they took the flair out of them.
NP has the respect of those players and will get the very best out of them.
