Pulisic to Liverpool / Utd, Ziyech to be sold, Werner to be sold, what's going on?? Buggered if I know, except all are in poor form. Pulisic is very injury prone. He was brilliant for a short time and hopeless since. When played, his dribbling skills are minimal and he rarely beats his man 1 on 1. His speed and attacking prowess has been pretty much invisible due to Audi not playing him. Difficult to judge, but in his second season is still not what was expected. I have said from day one, I didn't like his attitude, and I think he feels entitled. Not bothered if he's sold. Ziyech Hardly any game time but also injured, and also struggling in his first year. This is not unusual and may simply be the problem with all of them. Too good to throw away before Audi gets to make the team in his image.Would be surprised if Audi doesn't put loads of work into getting him up and firing. Werner Has had more game time than anyone and has improved amazingly except in scoring goals, which is why we bought him. Unless he explodes as a goal scorer, he is likely to be sold. He was brilliant in Bundesleige, but struggling to adapt to PL. Mind you, so did Drogba !!!!!! Chilwell, Hyped as the "next" Ashley Cole, so far is a complete failure. Better defender than Alonso, not difficult, but not in the same League as even Alonso as an attacker. He too often stops forward movement to back pass, has no vision, and is a bog ordinary player for mine, worst buy of the last 5 years. We still need a decent left back cause this bloke is not good enough. Interesting that of all our "big " buys Werner, Ziyech, Havertz, Pulisic, Chilwell, not one of them has looked worth more than 2 bob. Of them all I think Havertz is the best keeper. He ran the Everton show and gives us guile, cleverness goals. The rest I'd be more than happy to see gone. All good, none so far more than a decent PL standard, definitely no superstars. Marina has had stars in her eyes, and is perhaps not the "transfer genius" as claimed. It takes more than negotiating good deals, you also have to unearth talent. That requires more than business acumen.
Actually I had, so 2nd worse buy !!!! To be honest, he's not shocking really, just not anywhere near as good as hyped. Maybe I should lay off, him he does try but looks too tentative.
He blows hot and cold. I don’t see any real issues with him. He’s pretty solid but certainly no Ashley Cole. I get the feeling that the rest of this season will see our team really take shape under TT. As much as I hate to say it, Frank wasn’t ready for the big time. There’s no way he would have gotten the results we’ve had but hopefully that’s a learning curve and he will use that to improve in future.
I think most Chelsea supporters are now feeling the same way, I certainly am. You can't fault Tuchel on results, plus he's achieved them while trying most of his squad, no mean feat. I hope he brings Gilmour along or ensures kids like him ,Gallagher, Anjorin, Ampadu etc, are placed on loan with good clubs. Mount ,CHO, Christensen now, will have shown him talent like theirs is able to play at the top level when used. I also like his weird and individual personality, and he seems to be genuinely happy to be at the Bridge.
Sounds like a load of bollocks to me like. No reason to sell 'em, and with the season we've had they'll be sold at a loss.
Werner will eventually hit the back of the net. He’s too good not to. However, if we get the chance for Haaland in a swap deal we should bit Dortmund’s ****ing arm off!
