Watching the Belgium v Wales match, it strikes me that there's no sadder sight in football than eleven players 'singing' their national anthem in an empty stadium. I actually felt embarrassed for them...

Interview with former Director of Football Filippo Giraldi

Says we almost sold Sarr to Man U and could have got more money for Docoure the season before but didn't want to let him go without a replacement.

The FA's plan to save grassroots football - with some less than enthusiastic responses. It is something that needs to be done, but it's a bit of a Herculean task.

Poland have confirmed goalkeeper Lukasz Skorupski has tested positive for coronavirus ahead of their World Cup Qualifier against England. It is the second positive case in Poland's camp following that of Leeds United's Mateusz Klich

Yes - I don't know what has gone wrong there. They maybe thinking their lead at the top is unassailable, 13 points over Raith and 16 over Dunfermline - those two play each other on Tuesday. But Dunfermline have three games in hand - playing Dundee tonight, so a win there could start to put some heat on Hearts. Hearts have five games left - three of them against the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place teams. Squeaky bum time for them I think.

Now lost. That must be about the biggest feather they've ever had in their cap.

Well if we go up least Augero won’t be scoring against us unless he stays in the Premier league.

    Leaving Man City.

    Guess they will get Haaland.

The amount of coverage it's getting you'd think nothing else is happening in football.

If we go up, maybe he'll come here...<laugh>

Yes - I mean has been injured a lot in the last year or so and not actually the sort of player Pep even wanted so it's probably not a surprise he is leaving at the end of his contract.

Wouldn't say Augero was at the peak of his powers.

Gives them space and money to spend a shed load on another striker.

Well the guy must be settled in this country so maybe Gino could have a word.

    ;)

Sarr Pedro and Augero as a front three

The rest of the Prem would go into meltdown

The Highland League season has been officially ended - with Brora Rangers declared champions. They will be allowed to continue on in the play-offs for a spot in the SFL 3rd division. After knocking Hearts out of the SFA Cup, I suspect that's the last the Highland League may see of them.

VAR in and of itself isn't the problem. The halfwits staring at the monitors and making the decisions are!
