The Blackburn fans are devastated and thought he would only go to a Premiership club. Seems like a massive signing and proves yet again the long term vision the owners have
At work we deal with a lot of aftersales customer service enquiries.. at the start of lockdown last year people couldn't have been any more friendly and understanding. Now one year later, there seems to be an abundance of angry, nasty, and difficult customers. Last week we even received a message to our inbox from someone who'd never purchased from, or communicated with us in the past - a simple one worder... 'c**ts'. We didn't bother giving them the satisfaction of a reply.
"Last week we even received a message - a simple one worder... 'c**ts'." Do what I always do and post this
Started off with us "Crying on Netflix", now we're laughing all the way to the bank. All this "a 23 year old buying a football club, won't end well" talk at the start. Certain club legends casting doubt, but I'll tell you what, age is just a number because this "kid" is putting to shame older more "experienced" owners to shame. From the outset and outside looking in we are looking very professional. Off field appointments and a clear structure at the club. They say football management is a young mans game, well so is ownership by the looks of it. KLD and his team are rewriting the rule book on football ownership and I'm glad its with us.Media will be talking about us more and more in the coming season I'm sure of it.
Carts, horses. Pride, fall. Eggs, basket. I'm as hopeful as the next man but let's see how it pans out.
After literally sitting through back to back relegations and a couple of try hards, I'm quietly confident there's an actual plan in place this time around.
The thing is with whats being put together.....hopefully fingers crossed we get instabt success.....but the plans & structure being put in place WILL wield long term success. Hes treating us like a top end bussiness, other 'successful' businessmen we have had have installed mates of mates, family, lower end ability employees....would they have done this in their own bussiness to make it successful? Thats the part i always find bizarre with billionaires/millionaires who come into football....they dont treat football with the respect it deserves for putting the best employees you can get within THEIR specialist role. This lad with his team is scouring the best talent on the market we can get to put into positions & look at every inch of detail....that some thing dont bring value...but long term they will Were gunna be in for a ride....3 season tickets renewed yesterday my 31st Cannot wait to be back & shout until i cant talk properly again
Customers house this morn, in his enormous back garden he had a full size goal. Well jealous! Nowt to do with anything, just thought I'd share!
