It won't be just any Job Centre...
It'll be an M&S Job Centre...

Suppose it's better than it being empty but it's hardly going to encourage any ambitious, quality retailers to open up down there.

At least it's owned by a company with a good track record of getting things done, so others may follow down the line.

Update it was channel 4 +1

The hideout won even with the rooms costing 130 quid and having to cook your own breakfast.

They desperately need to fill that ground floor with restaurants like they originally proposed.

Cinema at the top, restaurants and bowing along the bottom and then two floors of shops (problem being the amount of shops which will have closed/are closing down).

Soz but why do we need restaurants in it when we have Hammonds Food Hall on its way and independent eateries in Trinity Mkt and Humber St?

I know it's Tokyo industries but is this really necessary?

Seriously, is bowling (I assume that's what you meant...) still popular?

Blimey, is that a new food fad for people that find vegan restaurants too mainstream?

It was supposed to be a cross over with the market but it rarely happens.

When events are on at Bonus, Pizza Express, Nandos, etc are full... it could do with more in there. Some national chains and some independents

Not sure you could describe it as a ‘float up marina’?
    Good stuff though

I'm not particularly creative / imaginative, but with new owners who really are creative & visionary, perhaps this really could transform into something 'iconic'. Likely need a supportive Council. Always seemed somehow that the place, including the water around it, was never made the most of. Here's hoping they can do something special and successful with it.
