Another talking head stealing a living encouraged by lazy journalists who would rather promote a spiteful headline than the truth
A plague of internal foreskin boils to whoever is responsible for age-gating the best thing to come out of 2020 that wasn't Doom Eternal x Animal Crossing
Don’t even think I’ll bother applying. Once the locals, NHS and whatever else get theirs there’ll probably only be about 1,500 for each side, if that. In a 90,000 seater stadium it’ll feel ****, bad enough when Wembley’s full! Don’t think it’ll feel much like a cup final in there to be honest. Then there’s the added aspect we’re likely to get absolutely dicked
On this most sacred day, remember the teaching of He who was sent down to us to smite the wickedness and purge the evil which walks the earth
I know that we have been awful again today, but I am really getting fed up with the way the laws are being applied particularly in the premier league. I don't think I know anymore what constitutes a foul and I am a qualified ref. In our match today there were at least 6 free kicks awarded where players went to ground having felt the smallest contact and just fallen to ground, and this applies to both teams, but there were no fouls committed as far as I could see just a player getting close to his opponent and putting him under pressure. Referees have to be braver and stop giving a foul every time a player goes to ground with an opponent behind them. If they have a nibble and catch them or actually push them that's fine its a foul but if you are just standing close to a player and you don't push then if the player goes down the game should go on but they are too quick to react and I thought that Pawson had a decent match today
Yep, it is pathetic isn`t it, the game has turned into a non contact sport, with players able to fall over when they feel their ankle grazed, or throw their arms out when they feel a little pinky finger on their shoulder, and are immediately rewarded with a free kick or penalty, it really is laughable. But then you also have the referees not applying their opinions fairly and evenly, as we saw this weekend, two clear penalties were not given, one for a clear shirt pull on a Burnley player, and the other for a drag back hand on the shoulder of a Brighton player, we have regularly seen penalties and free kicks gifted out for far less contact than those two, and usually to a select few clubs.
