I guess that we will see the "other" QPR from the one that turned up on Tuesday. I am expecting a better performance, which hopefully will be enough to nick an away victory. Overall, it is just ambition and pride that they are playing for, plus a better league placing, as we are well and truley mid-table. But a habit of "winning" is a laudable and very positive.
Cameron still out and de Wijs doubtful apparently after having his nose smashed up. Our defense hasn't looked too good without one of these 2. Wallace maybe back in.
Going to miss the game today. Hopefully the replay tomorrow will be worth watching. Uncle Albert in as WB?
Seems that Thomas is chosen over Field. I wonder if it is tactical, on merit, or to give him more of a run-out in the starting eleven?
A great preview (and honest reflection) well worth a read if you have 15 spare minutes. https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/queensparkrangers/news/54813/the-final-countdown--preview
Seems strange that both Field and Ball are on the Bench..Maybe Johanesen will play their more defensive role today.
Good to see Colin and Warburton having a chat on the pitch there. They must be our best Managers, who have had the job for any length of time, for a couple of decades and more now.
Looks like the aim of the game is to barrage them and try to score more than them. A gamble but might make for an interesting game.
Agree, and given their poor form, early pressure from us would be great...get an early goal and we could go on to...I'll calm down now, and remember we often lose games like this.
