This could get really messy if he's found not guilty. Jury deliberating at the moment. Fire extinguishers and bullet proof vest at the ready.
I didn't watch the trial. If the jury find him guilty then he'll rightfully be sent down, if the jury find him not guilty then he'll rightfully walk free.
I've not watched the video and don't know an awful lot about it tbh. I know there's been experts giving evidence and potentially other factors might have come into play so got to trust and go along with the jury verdict whatever the outcome.
Apparently you didn't. That was just restraining a drug-addled, violent baby-killer with a heart condition who spitefully committed suicide by holding his breath in a tantrum because he had smelly feet. Yes, I have watched the trial, and that - along with 'He actually died of carbon monoxide poisoning from passing car fumes' - is the sum total of the defence. I expect him to walk too.
Surely if he's found guilty everyone just sighs in relief that justice has been done? What would happen otherwise? White trash middle American uprising, even they can see the bloke is bang to right ffs!?! *although this is the U S of A so I suppose anything could kick off*
Is it usually that the longer it takes the worse it looks for the defendant as it'll likely be a guilty verdict?
I'd go the opposite way, mate. The longer it takes usually means the jurors aren't all agreed then you could well be looking at a not guilty as the element of doubt kicks in.
