I’m not bitter, I’m largely indifferent to them nowadays, I just want them gone for the benefit of the football club (though I don’t like attempts to rewrite history).
I certainly would hope not, if you are 4-0 up, then maybe, but when the game was in the balance, it was a bit of a stupid thing to do. But I agree he has played well and deserves to be forgiven for one or two misguided decisions.
Barry Cooper's HDM video assessing the season and the performance at Lincoln. https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/spo...news/hull-city-lincoln-city-promotion-5339149
I like Coopers reporting. He tells it as it is and has gone out on a limb a couple of times too. I liked his player ratings this week. Ten out of ten for everyone. I’d go with that.
Heard a kerfuffle over the back fence last night about 8.00. Turns out it was the entire squad and backroom staff just back from Lincoln celebrating outside on the training pitches. Me and a mate took a stroll round and had a chat with the lads through the gates. Talking to Wilks, Coyle and KLP. Magennis couldn't stop dancing. We even got a wave from McCann. Told them to keep it down as I was trying to watch tele.
Yeah, like a lot of managers this season he seems to be unhappy with the result. It’s weird that we have been so outplayed by dominant teams and yet here we are promoted at the first attempt. That’s life I guess but I’ll take it.
You could hardly call it indifferent dragging up an 8 year old article from a tabloid that you frequently ridicule on these threads..
i only posted it because someone blamed the Council for us not having a promotion parade, when it was entirely down to Assem.
How about this as an explanation? Honeyman coming off at half time doesnt count because it doesnt cause a stoppage in play.
I’m happy to say I was one of the 43, can anyone else admit they were anything else.. just a bit of fun no need to get annoyed
Happy to say I voted for a draw on the basis that I thought we’d draw, funnily enough. Delighted to be wrong though.
