That Charlton v Lincoln game on Tuesday will be a bit tasty. Charlton have to win to stand any chance of the play offs. It could be us v Pompey in the semi's.

I was talking about the Peterborough penalty mate. I’ve never seen us getting a penalty incorrectly in my life :emoticon-0105-wink: good to see us getting a win, especially a deserved one

I'd prefer Lincoln in final with Portsmouth in semis if I could chose as think that would give us the best chance. Mind we should fear no one but ourselves. It's our own fault we need the extra chance of play offs but we know we're capable and the Wembley curse is over too. Feeling a lot more confident than last week.

sorry mate, not interested in anything when the lads are winning, especially sweet at 3-1 Stewart Diamond Hume and Gooch playing well and Johnson finally listening to clocky, he must read this board at half time to decide what subs to play<whistle>

I'm sure I'll upset someone at some point ;) but I'm generally positive.... until I'm not :) blackpool worry me as have pace and goal threat and seem to have our number. Hopefully we manage one last push and this is start of a mini good run. Then it's an exiting summer of new signings. Hopefully young talented players with pace power and goals. They won't all work out but if 3 in 4 do we'll do well.

I'm gonna put this out there now, we should play as many of our squad players as possible next week. Give the lads who've been flogged all season a rest. It's not being cocky, as we've qualified with a game to go we have earned the right.
As for who we play it doesn't matter, it's all about who does it in a 'mini tournament' as we all know, mostly to our cost!!
We're good people we deserve it to go our way for a change.

I think we will do it and not worried about who we get in the play offs. Like you say power & pace is what we need and virtually a new team. Going to be an exciting transfer window hopefully shopping for championship players.

We've also kept overlooking one of the best young defenders at the club in my time, who should have been in as soon as we lost Sanderson.

I would like to think the experience of Leds, McGeady, Maguire etc will see us OK at Wembley. So yes leave them out and play some of the fringe players.

I'd go for 4 championship regular starters. Keeper and spine of side then fill out with young hungry players like mic mac did. The winger from morecambe being a prime example. The kid from Northampton could have a chance along with Neil embleton and diamond.

I definitely want Pompey in the semis. They're really not up to much. I would prefer to meet Blackpool at Wembley. I know we lost twice to them, but there was nowt in either game. If we can get defenders back, we will get our revenge when it matters imo.
