    Yep spot-on; commentator just said, “out run & out muscled by Leeds”.

    couple of players who just aren’t able to provide enough at this level.

    Don’t understand why we didn’t see the lines drawn as we’ve seen in almost every other game .... he was only just onside if he was .....

    Lovely first half, pretty lethargic last third. They all look knackered. Not the worst result, played ok but an individual error cost us. At this stage it doesn't really matter anyhow

    Would have liked to have seen Danny on in the first half while we were bossing Leeds - now we’re tired and we can’t give him the support he needs (as I write this, Danny has a brilliant effort .... :emoticon-0103-cool:)

    It's not bashing Redmond for the sake of it. I would criticise any Saints player for smiling and joking with the opposition after shooting wide less than 2 mins after we gone one down.

    Tiredness .... Walcott and Tella ran themselves out of steam in the first 70+ minutes. We don’t have a wide replacement, so Diallo comes on and Stuart goes wide. Makes sense to me - if we had brought on Minamino you wouldn’t have been happy ....

    We did, but Leeds changed their setup at half-time and we were not able to counter the changes.

    We could learn a lot from Leeds.

    Southampton tried their best but looked shattered at the end. Leeds kept us at arms length most of the game.

    Shame, played some good stuff in the first half, maybe try a shot now and again from distance. Unfortunately, don't create clear cut chances and cost us later in the game. Still plenty of positives. Don't want to see McCarthy in goal for a while though
