Whoever buys City, if they encourage fan representation at board level they have my support

Have to say that after waiting all this time for new owners, I would only want some one who will bring stability and not have any dodgy financial dealings hanging over them (not saying whether this guy has or not). I actually feel more positive about the ownership and direction of the club than I have for some time, so only wat to change if its a change clearly for the better. I realise we don't have a choice of course.

Apparently his total net worth isn't as much as an issue as it could be, as he's just the face of a Turkish consortium all with rather larger bank balances then him.

Yep it could be a joke, you can only be an influencer at best and thats dependent upon the owners genuinely engaging, something The Allams have paid lip service to

Unless fan groups actually take ownership of shares, then it will only ever be lip service. Anywhere.

 

It's a great idea in theory, but very difficult to implement.
