If they had a thread about us being in a final, I might.

Also, lol at the 'safe spaces and cancel culture' comment because recent studies show boomers are the most hypersensitive and narcissistic generation ever. They are the embodiment of sheltered, overly-offended snowflakes.

Another clueless millenial/generation x, y or z type who can't cope with the slightest inconvenience to the pampered, cosseted lives where no one is allowed to fail as they are all special. Boomers aren't the ones offended by everything and everybody and need warnings before programmes like Fools and Horses and Fawlty Towers.
Studies by who, narcissistic millennial snowflakes?

Rejection of anything that challenges their closeted and narrow world-view, even before engaging with it, is another classic boomer trait. The studies were by William Chopik and published in Psychology and Aging.

Keep going, the more you post, the more you fit the stereotype <laugh>

You are fitting the stereotype. It isn't boomers no platforming anyone with a different view at universities and cancelling anything they don't agree with. Below is a picture of cossetted boomers playing in the 1950s, scenes which were typical in all cities in the 1950s and 1960s and right through to the 1970s. To your soft, cosseted lot a major crisis is the broadband slowing down and an absolute disaster is not being able to access Facebook or Twitter for half an hour. Now run along your mum will be getting your tea ready.

Oh no, casually playing amongst a bit of rubble left over from a war that ended years before you were born. The absolute horror.

Nah, a major crisis for my generation would be something like, I don't know, a global pandemic in which entire countries went into national lockdown.

    Dear President Lukashenko,
Manchester United will be on Romanair flight 1268 from Poland to Manchester and will be flying over Belarus at about 8pm.
I definitely heard them criticising your regime last week

Technophobic boomer who can't quote-reply on a forum properly ranting on his computer about young people being on their computers.

    The irony is delicious.

Maybe manchester united need to reflect that the downside of aggressively hoovering up 'support' worldwide is that they trawl up the dregs who identify with winners, can't tolerate defeat etc

These are the people whose support they have courted and who have helped made them rich, and who racially abuse their own players.

    Own it you ****s.

But aren’t all those from abroad? Why should we be having this massive guilt trip put on us that we’re all racists

Those examples were, others weren't and absolutely nobody is suggesting that we're all racists.

We had that problem, so people started writing their names on their pack up. I ended up with a tuna sandwich called Kevin for my dinner.

Half of me agrees with you on this. There seem to be a lot of posts about PL teams with quite a lot of knowledge shown on them about players and fomations. I find it cringey enough when Chazz creates fanboy PL match threads, without all these new PL threads. I just checked Man Us squad last night and I've never actually heard of 6 of the 16 who played. That's because I don't have any interest in the PL when City aren't in it. The football is **** to watch and the rest of the circus that is the media side of it turns my stomach.

The other half of me thinks you're being a ****, Castro.

    Just saying ;)

Lot of folk on here on the Sky drip feed, where they have been brainwashed into worrying about Harry Kane's contract negotiations or Pocketino returning to Sperz.

Be strong. Cancel that subscription, stop funding the cancer that is slowly but surely strangling the sport in this country.
