It's great just for the sheer comedy value but I thought Rafael couldnt sink any lower than the championship with newcastle but this is a sad new low
BREAKING: SERGIO RAMOS WILL LEAVE REAL MADRID! He will have a farewell press conference tomorrow, Carlo Ancelotti tried to persuade him to stay but Ramos wanted a new challenge. Rafa's first signing?
Nah, you know he is headed for the usa to claim his image rights in the lowest tax zone possible . probably head to Florida and beckhams rubbish Miami tax Dodgers or whatever they are called. At the end of every overpaid players career there is a massive payday where they cash in that image rights company that was set up where their clubs paid money to. They liquidate and pay minimum tax on it. Messi and Ronaldo will soon do it.
Genuinely not bothered. Didn't think he'd join because he's said he wouldn't in the past. If anything, it makes me want to see Everton do better #rafalove
This small team mentality is what is holding them back. They grumble and moan when they have the now manager of REAL MADRID at the helm. they grumble and moan about the Belgian manager when he was at the helm. the grumbled and moaned about the future england manger when he was at the helm. How they want to reject the next manager as he won the european champion's league (and FA cup) for their deadly rival. "once a red, never a blue" or whatever. the reality is that when he is in he is all in for their club, they should be bloody grateful and not worried one jot who he managed before. Unlike them we had no issue getting nick barmby in (houllier did that) or Xavier (houlllier did that too) but they'd never ever ever touch a liverpool player woudl they? however if you actually look at the list Kevin sheedy (one of thier best ever left midfields) Ablett (decent lad) David Johnson (much travelled) Peter beardlsey (absolute steal, moronic from souness) they have since the 1990s got ever more bitter and ranty about this stuff. Who gives a flying ****? If they focused more on their new stadium development and building a side to complete properly without accepting the sort of absolute ****e served up for the past years based on the spend moshiri has made they would be well ahead of leicester. They are not. Maybe an ex LFc manager can win them something like an ex LFC manager won leicester soemthing?
No issues with Rafa joining Everton. The guy achieved a lot with us and has done so much for the city and the Hillsboro cause, and he is settled around here. I'm happy for him.
I would love everton to win the league cup or something just so we can wind the hell out of them that they needed LFC man to do it after what now 26 years (and counting.) https://lastwonatrophy.co.uk/everton/
I said poor Rafa because the Everton fans will hate him. There's already talk on Twitter apparently about Everton fans having an anti Rafa protest. He deserves better than that. He's a Liverpool legend. He loves us and we love him.
