That would be preferable but if he’s Like Jonny Edwards he’ll be an asset we’re unlikely to have comparable young lads of that quality and certainly couldn’t afford to buy.
cant see him playing first team so under 23s but surely he can get that where he was Thanks for another gem mate you have had some good stories lately
first thing i do on a fone is turn that damn thing off, the amount of stupid posts that make no sense and i have to try and work out which word(s) was 'auto replaced/corrected' is annoying..especially when the thick fooks leave words in that do not exist and still blame auto correct...
No way would he be coming on loan to be in the u23s, the lad himself and more so City wouldn't be interested in that. Can only see that they are promised a chance for him to play and if he performs he will be part of the CB pairing for his loan spell.
With him being a left sided centre half, can see him starting the season till Xhemajli is up to speed. Then getting pizza cup/Carabao cup games thereafter, but also being back up for left back, so effectively also replacing McFadzean. If injuries/suspensions in either position, he gets his chance.
Watched the training drills and he looks like a confident lad. Looking forward to watching him play for us.
No, just meant he's a left footed centre back, so would play on the left of the two centre backs. Just like Xhemajli is.
Callum was a real stand out for the youth teams last season,I was expecting him to be integrated into our first team squad this season. Must think he’s ready for playing first team at Div 1 level as they definitely wouldn’t have loaned him out just to be in your youth set up Hes a baller
