Rumours starting that Bailey Wright could be leaving the club this summer with Wigan interested.

I like Wright and would rather he stayed, however LJ didn’t want him at Bristol and if he lets him go again, he clearly doesn’t rate him, so I would have to back the manager.

He was excellent before his injury then didn't look the same player when he came back into the side. If LJ doesn't want him then that's fine with me.

IMO he was great in his first season and up to injury with us. When he came back from injury, he replaced an injured Sanderson and it wasn’t for the best. He seemed to be “unfit” also - not in a “fat” way, he just didn’t look like he was fully fit

His Sunderland career is a bit of a 'Koné ...

... never heard of him, hero, injured, see ya.

  10. This! He's no world beater and looked dodgy more than once last year. If the rumours are to be believed about a couple more defenders coming in,we won't miss him.

Hope so, I think he’s garbage. Been a big disappointment really, started off alright but then like so many others he’s proved not up to the task.

Some of these players that we’ve signed from a higher level like Wright and Scowen have been remarkably bad.

I am not his biggest fan if I am honest. I think he gets much too tight and that causes him to give away free kicks. He also gets turned easily as well for me. His passing is hit and miss for me. I wouldnt be averse to seeing him go personally but would want replacements in first.

Scowen was particularly rank. He couldn't hit a barn door, his shooting was ****ing lifting (literally!)

Scowen was that terrier. He covered loads of ground. Which is great, but you also need to be able to use the ball when you get it!! I can run and run even at 45. 2 hours running is no problem. But I’m not the greatest passer of a ball either (used to take a half decent free kick mind!)

He should be kept for squad depth alone. Absolutely no reason to get rid of him, especially to them. Have we learned nothing from last season?

Looked Rolls Royce during his loan and then at the start of this season but nowhere near as solid or assured since coming back in.

Not sure he is fit or agile enough to play in a 2. Looked good in a 3 with Willis and Flanagan doing his running

Are Wigan trying to put a Papa John's trophy winning side together?

    Wyke, Power, Wright.

Think Power may be running the Wigan transfer business this season.
