LOL. But are you putting Phil on "Buy Now", or you're expecting bids?

I wouldn't sell both Martial and Pogba. Only one of then because that would be cutting the attacking options too thinly given only Sancho has come in. But then again, there's Amad...

Amad, James, Sancho, Cavani, Greenwood & Rashford (post-op) plus Bruno might as well go down as a striker with his goals tally - not too shabby eh...

I like James in particular. I wish he would get more opportunities.

We'll sell Dan James and keep Anthony Martial, I'd lay money on it.

Someone else will benefit from James's potential and we'll be stuck with Martial not fulfilling his, on high wages.

Woodward will see to that and Solskjaer won't oppose it.

Exactly my thoughts! I like Martial but he clearly has had way too many opportunities to show us that he has arrived but we are left with waiting for that potential. I'd rather James get more game time and I am certain that he will get better. He has more fight in him that Martial could ever muster.

This is an hilarious article. I can't substantiate it as a fact but it is believable knowing Raiola is a knty - https://www.unitedinfocus.com/news/mino-raiola-sinks-to-new-low-over-paul-pogbas-future/

Mino Raiola is just the worst. The mega-rich agent has now sunk to a new low over Paul Pogba.

According to Le10Sport, which has mixed reliability, shall we say, Raiola has offered Pogba to Liverpool.

While the source is not the strongest, with Raiola this feels totally believable as a scare tactic for United.

If James goes it'll be to Leeds I reckon.

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford will have surgery on a shoulder injury next week and faces about three months out.

The 23-year-old has been troubled by the problem for a number of months and felt an operation was the best way of resolving the issue.

United wanted to check but have now agreed to the surgery.

Rashford scored 11 goals in 37 Premier League appearances last season and was in England's squad at Euro 2020.

"Following consultation between Marcus, the manager [Ole Gunnar Solskjaer], club medical staff and specialists, Marcus will undergo surgery imminently to resolve his shoulder injury," said the Old Trafford club.

"He will now focus on his rehabilitation in order to return as soon as possible."

This is utter bollox. What the fck was there to consider? Should've happened months ago.

I'm glad he's going to get the 3 months off, it'll give his body time to recover fully from other injuries such as knee and ankle but the way it's been handled by the club is utter **** tbh.

TBF - the surgery has been delayed due to the commitments of the surgeon rather than Rashford or the club holding back. There is some suggestion he wanted the operation at the end of the season and not even make himself available for the Euros.

I'm only going by what it says about them making the decision now.

He's a sensible bloke and I wouldn't be surprised if he'd taken the pragmatic view of having the op back in May.

We've probably got enough cover but it's still ridiculous the timing of it.

Here we go again - Pogba trying to **** us about by saying he might consider a new contract with the club, but not necessarily sign one until the end of his existing contract extension - WTF - get rid, more destabilisation and uncertainty is the last thig we need while the manager is trying to make progress. The only thing that should be on the table is an ultimatum - sign or be sold.

Plus all this stuff about him being offered to Liverpool - **** me, I thought the best clubs in the world were lining up to buy him.

Fact shows that no one is lining up to buy him. In the last five years, no one has ever made an offer for Pogba. This was before Covid-19, mind you! His agent cooks up the fkin stories that reality refutes. I doubt that anyone would even pay the wild wages that we have offered him. Still waiting for that PSG offer which hasn't materialized the slightest.

This is why he's now trying to talk himself into staying at United for life yet he won't sign a new deal. He is hedging his bets to create a win-win scenario as he's running out of time.

The guy is a self-serving fkin idiot!

“Paul Pogba joins Manchester United teammates at their training camp in Scotland”

Still no offers from PSG after Pogba declined a £50m contract.

The talk here is that, having 'agreed' a 50% wage cut, Barca were planning on paying the other 50% of Messi's wages through an offshore shelf company. La Liga's investigators have evidently got wind of the plan and have threatened Barca with severe sanctions and a criminal probe should they continue.
