I'd assume this new regime are playing a harder ball in negotiations - if MK Dons were paying more than a couple of grand towards his wages I'd be amazed. They couldn't afford his full wages so you have to assume whoever he goes to is paying a significantly higher percentage

Ipswich have just signed Sam Morsy from Boro. He started for Boro on Saturday. What on earth is going on there.

 

Got to be honest here. I was very worried, particularly when we didn’t have any recognised full backs ahead of the Wigan game. Don’t think I continued to express my concern about the situation but I would be lying if I pretended not to have had worried.
Delighted with the way we have turned this around so quickly with the calibre and potential of the lads we’ve brought in.

 

or maybe the right deal wasn't out there. Bringing in a 6th loan would have made no sense with the squad restrictions. We'll be fine until Jan with this squad.........more than fine

It’s definitely been ridiculously scattergun but it’s hard to deny that the quality they’ve brought in today especially has been very impressive.

Don’t understand why Boro are selling a midfielder who had been starting for them?

Sorry all missed a couple of days whilst having a gargle down York and so may have missed some posts but who put us onto the German lads? Was it our improved scouting department? Was it this data thing we use now? Is there a list of available players clubs can view or is it something else?

 

Ipswich need investigating like.
