Your spag bol looks more like soup. Does your busy work schedule really require you to batch freeze this though? Spag bol is much better when it is made fresh and it doesn't take long anyway. Or so the maids say.

Slightly unrelated, but I guess it's about gut health.

Just finished a course of antibiotics for this sinus infection and thinking about getting on board with some probiotic supplements.

Anybody use them, got any experiences, do they do anything or is it just an expensive fad ?

 

Last lot of antibiotics I had not long ago, popped them out the packet and just the smell of them made me want to puke. As for that stuff you are talking about, you could always pop into Holland and Barrett, like I did once, asked for some help and was told we are not allowed to give advise, I'm like wtf!?

That’s the first time I’ve had to have antibiotics and they left me washed out. So I though some good probiotics would help. Healthy gut bacteria and all that.
