I am not convinced. This will be a very tight match. If we win by the odd goal I will be very pleased.
Looks like Redmond became a father today (not sure if it's his first), so I don't know if that effects anything.
Agreed, Smith would quite happily take a 0-0 here you'd think. He has only had a few days with the squad so will probably send them out to just keep it tight at the back and try and get a point. 1-0 Saints Adam Armstrong with the goal
You mean he may possibly have been fathering children all over the place that he doesn't know about. ****ing hell he'll be standing for Prime Minister next.
Haha It seems more like it is because it is not on his wiki page. And some small suggestion that a player might be more likely to take time off to be with the partner for the birth of the first child than later ones ?
Tino 3rd most fouled player in EPL, 3rd most fouled defender in Europe ... PLAYER FOULS WON Wilfried Zaha 31 Ismaila Saar 31 Tino Livramento 26 Ivan Toney 24 Jack Grealish 22 Andros Townsend 22 John McGinn 21 Allan Saint-Maximin 21 Max Aarons 20 Conor Gallagher 20 and here's why The Ralph hasn't played him in midfield ... "Receiving the ball deep in his own half, the 19-year-old often has a clear picture of the pitch ahead. And this normally results in there being a good amount of space down Southampton’s right flank, should he skip past the oncoming challenges" (Article in The Athletic)
Just saw someone post this on twitter: ‘Can’t believe he hit the target… He must have been aiming somewhere else!’
The Ralph ... “We’re preparing for our game to be tactically as flexible as possible. We have been this in the past and I think this makes more sense than to concentrate on any shape or particular habis from the opponent because you don’t know what you get" I think in the past we have all seen that we lacked this and were consequently often great first half and struggled 2nd following tactical changes from the opposition Ralph knows his players better, they know how he wants them to play better, some better players and therefore an ability to adjust according to circumstances COYS - Surely we can win this I hope any of you who are there, get entertained (I'm off to watch Weymouth play Altrincham this afternoon COYT)
Given Norwich picked up their first win of the season last time out and have the positivity of a fresh start under a new manager you’d imagine they’ll be pumped up for this from the start. The players and the fans. Think it’s important we match their intensity for the first 15 minutes or so, don’t concede and hopefully our quality will show over the course of the game. COYR!
