I changed my vote after the Barnsley game (though only three of us have switched sides since this great run began, which is a little mean-spirited) BUT if he pig-headedly goes back to 4-3-3 once he has two fit full-backs, or if he unfairly drops the excellent McLoughlin, then I’ll flip-flop again.

 

We can’t & shouldn’t sack a manager who has won 4 in a row. Grant has earnt a delay to his P45.
Sacking him now would be a ****s trick. Acun has a big problem!

 

Here's a rumour I've just made up. The players knew there'd be no money for transfers, so felt safe. Now there's a new owner liable to spend, they know they have to graft.

Possibly yes, but I personally think that would just cause issues... Grant having his replacement hovering over him 24/7.

For me, grant should be given till the end of the season and backed in the Jan window to get some experience in!

BUT.... as is highlighted by posts above.... haven't these changes been forced upon him - not some masterstroke of coaching and if lets say Coyle was fit again tomorrow wouldn't he revert to type.... I still stand by the 'I'm sure these players are capable of more' and for me McC should have had the gonads to change it 10 games ago not 4 when he had no option...
