Well that’s it if we do go up is that a good thing? We don’t exactly have the squad for it. A different perspective could be at least we’ve done enough to be nowhere near a relegation battle this season.

Gonna mention the pure stupidity of our current government with regard to COVID (could have put it on the COVID thread but here will do)
Seems utterly bizarre that I tested positive on Saturday, Twin 2 tested positive yesterday and the Mrs and daughter tested positive today…..leaving Twin 1 as the only one still on a negative result.
Spoke to the school as I suggested that he’s more than likely to either have it and hasn’t shown yet or will be getting it very soon as of course we tend to mix in the house and that I have kept him off school for today…..only to be told that they couldn’t authorise the absence as Government regulations say that he has to go in until he does test positive, in the meantime possibly infecting many other kids.
So in he goes tomorrow…..pure ****ing madness

The mrs is always dragging me out for walks when it’s ****ing freezing. Not sure if it’s because she loves the walks and wants me to share her happiness and time with me… or she just ****ing hates me.

FFS mate, that ain’t good. Obviously I dunno the details of what happened but 85 minutes might not be bad in the circumstances…..I’ve bored you all many times about why (no staff due COVID, ****wit patients who call for absolutely **** all and backlogs of dropping off at hospitals) and can’t see it ending anytime soon.
Sad to say, the system is ****ed….only 52490 hours till I retire from the service…..not that I’m counting.
    Hope your mum is ok
