Shota 'I believe pressure makes us stronger.' 13:33BARRY COOPER Shota 'Without pressure, we'll never have pleasure.' 13:33BARRY COOPER Acun He's certainly positive, you have to give him that.
I don't think he's meaning that for one minute. He's incredibly driven and wants success, just doesn't want to see a boring brand of football.
Shota Gets a laugh from the crowd when he talks about the language barrier, and says he can talk Scottish if he needs to. Doc, he's talking to you old boy ;-)
Well, he also said he'd rather lose 4-3 than draw 0-0. But I think you're right, this is just bull-ish press conference stuff.
Some extremely positive stuff coming out of this mob, huge plans to take us forward..Let's get behind them and help them make it become a reality.UTT.
Yup, even if they're soundbites, at least he's in tune with the language fans want to hear. It's all sounding VERY exciting.
I suspect more likely the HDM are asking their questions now as Baz said broadcast then radio then papers. So probably why there's a lack of updates, he's asking questions.
When the KC/KCOM/MKM stadium complex first opened there was a basketball team who played their home games in the arena. They wouldn't be a pro team and I don't think they were directly associated with Hull City AFC but I recall they were hoping to get a place in the top league. I don't think they ever got much publicity and i haven't heard anything about them for years. Not sure if they were a victim of the Allams mass eviction of clubs from the arena. Do they still exist?
Update now, Shota bringing in his old assistant ("from Holland") and otherwise keeping existing coaching staff
Shota... Says he will be bringing in one coach (from Holland) and will work with the remaining coaching staff at the club. 13:44BARRY COOPER Shota... Talks about how much he wanted to see the team win every week under Grant.
People didn't like the grind out results ways of Steve Bruce either. A 4-3 defeat and an entertaining win brings 1 more point than 2 dull 0-0 draws. And more fans in the long term probably.
