Laird had a couple of long term injuries in 2018 -2019 according to Wiki, like Salter. Hope he's done with them.
If we get him... like McNamara and Sterling both of him were being measured for their kit... and nothing happened
He started last season really well for us and we were sorry to see him ‘pulled’ by United and moved to Bournemouth. (That said, he was better in the beginning - and had a reputation for going down too easily in the opposition penalty area: as a result, even stonewall penalties weren’t given Nevertheless, we would have preferred to keep him) He was a regular for us, but not so (I think) for Muff.
Not a bad idea to have a new ground next to Hammersmith Hospital with the injuries we pile up we could run a shuttle there...
Good about Laird hopefully and Paal, and sounds like Willick could play dome part. Amos out again until at least next month ffs, jeez that guy is just so fragile. I fear he's never gonna get a long run of games as his body is just not up to it. Poor ****er a real shame, wouldn't surprise me if we let him go at the end of this season if things don't improve .
Agree think we need to not include Amos in anything, and then if he is fit it's a bonus. Therefore we need an Amos a Johansen but better and a left back. I think we will be ok up front Armstrong is going to murder this league at some point this season, Bonne looks lively, Roberts is always going to be class.
If you calculated how much we’ve paid Amos against how many games he’s played for us I wonder how much it works out per game.
As treasurer of the Luke Amos Fan Club (© @Quite Possibly Raving ) my calculations are just over £11k a game. He's reported to be on £5k a week, has been with us for 3 years and has played 69 games in that time! https://salarysport.com/football/player/luke-amos/ Such negativity from our Head of Comms - you should hang your head in shame
As head of Comms, I have been in touch with the Faberge institution to send us a forementioned egg in way of compensation for his wages !
