If it was about money, he would have taken the Wolves job, they would have been offering a lot more than Rangers will be.

You can imagine Beales intro speech to the players…
“I’m here as manager of Rangers and I see this as a long term project to winning the league and I’m here to sell it to all of you players and all the staff here at Ibrox. It’s all about integrity and trust in each other - values I live by - so I’m not about to jump ship lads”

A whisper at the back … “fu€King liar”

MICHAEL BEALE has reportedly agreed a three-and-a-half-year contract to return to Rangers as manager

"The opportunity to manage an institution like Rangers FC is a privilege which very few are afforded," a social media statement read. "As a former player, I understood the responsibility and magnitude of the task.

"My backroom team and I worked with energy, passion and were driven with a belief that we could achieve amazing things. We treated our roles with respect, optimism and determination.

"We experienced some incredible highs, especially on our European journey to Seville. Winning the Scottish Cup for the first time in over a decade and qualifying for the group stage of the Champions League is something I am very proud of. The passion of our support drove us on to achieve those wonderful memories. For that, I am forever grateful to every single one of you who travelled near and far, spent your hard-earned money, and never gave up supporting our team.

Maybe amongst his loyalty, integrity and commitment stories he has now invented a football playing career

Seems that Beale is bringing Neil Banfield and Harry Watling as part of his backroom staff? Can't say I have ever heard of them.

Hahaha yep, seemingly Watling is a setpiece specialist, he must surely be able to improve our setpieces, we are shocking at them in both attack and defence.

    Hahaha.

Bad luck. We are a pretty good team...except we can't score from set pieces...and we can't defend them either.

Most of our conceded goals come from corners and free kicks.
    Hahaha

Judas. Really shocked by this. Turn down Wolves and jump ship for Rangers. A bad smell will follow this guy wherever he goes.

Saw Robin's mentioned somewhere in the gutter press. He's done a very good job at Cov playing similar to us. I don't know his contract details, but guess we'd have to pay compensation even if he wanted to come to us, which must be doubtful.

Banfield is hugely experienced from 20 or so years at Arsenal. He knew Chris Willock from there and I believe was key in getting him from Benfica for supposedly £750K, and is now one of our biggest assets if not the biggest.
