    The only one I watched was the Aberfan disaster one......that was well made but a tragic reminder of what a **** the queen was

    Yeah that's why I watched it tbh.....used the local school kids as extras......an avoidable incident left to save money


    Ps I remember chasing the football down stream on your school pitch......he'll of a slope

    Yeah proper slope on the Lido. Your pitch was just crazy when it rained, just turned to mud.

    Only the strong survived on penywaun pitch dude with the mud and my Bryan Robson new balance boots twas like dragging a ball and chain around.....think that's why I'm so fit compared to most on here lol

    Once played an already 3 times postponed county cup tie at Atherstone *technically Warwickshire - but always participated for some reason) on a pitch covered in a good few inches of snow ... remember it well because I scored the only goal! <cheers>

    Anyways now wales is out of cup I'm gonna do some old films that can bring back the glory days of film making when imagination was a thing......any suggestions :bandit:......serious answers only please ladies

    I found Escape to Victory, Chariots of Fire, Blue Velvet.

    All English sporting films though.

    Closest I got to a Welsh one was Lassie Come Home.

    Had Bobby Moore and Summerby. They represented the British players and rightly so.

    Elizabeth Taylor in Lassie, I think that's the Welsh connection... by marriage lol
