Worst performance since Wigan at home but at least we ain't out. In ten days time we will travel down the road to the riverside and I think it will help us more beig the away side so we can get our counter attacking football working properly, we never got past 2nd gear today.

We really missed Catts and Bendtner today, hopefully we will have Catts back by Wednesday night let alone the replay, as for Bendtner we need to go out and bring in a striker cos Wickham ain't ready, as for Campbell I am over the moon for the lad.

Hopefully we can get back to winning ways against Norwich

Totally agree, but we do need to bring in a striker, and the way things went today, a defender. With the possability of long term injury to wes. As for the Danish geezer send him back to the Gooners.

Striker is essential, and I agree with Bill, we may need a CB now, even as cover.

Samba & Gignac on loan, winner.

Did Cattermole bottle it !, where was he and the rest of that shower of crap. Unbeleviable, mention derby games to them and they are never interested. We have needed 2 strikers since Bent and Jones left. And we can never win 2 consecutive home games in the top flight. Pavlechenko is first on my list or this season is going down hill again fast. how did he drop Cattermole ?, one of the best players last week, it is because he could not bottle it against the Boro, and where was Ji ?, stuff the Norwich game next week this was more inmportant, and the top flight cup hoodo strikes again.

Catts pulled a hamstring in the warm up.

Typical ****ing negativity of some of our fans, season going downhill cos of a draw in a derby game?

    Haway man.

And for the record, we have won our last 2 home games in the top flight.

Look at it this way, their goal was a big welly at the ball that came off. It could have gone anywhere. Believe me as I have scored quite a few like that

    Haway Monty,

The improvement under MON has been incredible, and at the very least we showed character and fought back and didn't lose.

There's absolutely no need for such negativity on the back of todays game.

We played badly and didn't lose, that's a ****ing good thing.

There's this whole mentality around some of our support that everything is always black.

If we won the cup some ****er would say it isn't shiny enough.

its completely unrealistic though. I would like Messi and Ronaldo on loan but it wouldnt happen, so i wouldnt put it on here.

It's not completely unrealistic though marra.

Samba is desperate for a transfer, and Gignac is available for load (and almost signed for Fulham).

I know it's not likely, but it IS possible.

Although I wasn't too impressed with the performance I wouldn't say it's the end of the world. As cup games go it was fine and, it was a cup game where anything can happen just ask a barcode.

Getting back to the original point, I thought that we really missed Catts today. We got bullied in centre mid and I am pretty sure that wouldn't have happened if Catts had been on the pitch. We were far more skillful than the Boro midfield but in that type of game that doesn't count for much against a physical presence. Lets hope he is back for the replay.
