    Fooking brilliant TV.

I'm particularly looking forward to seeing how the Nights Watch fair against the White Walkers. Not well I'd imagine.

That ****stain Joffrey gets on me tits though.

The cold winds are rising...........let's have it.

I'll be recording it - the first series hooked me on the books. At least they've done it justice, because it deserve that epic scale.

Yeah it's fantastic, Dwarf is class, he should do stand up using that character the little pimp! So let's be having it Chazz and NFU, which game of thrones character has the best and worst fashion sense?

Has anyone been watching Spartacus? That's pretty ****ing epic too, brutal doesn't even begin to describe it, even puts films like saw and hostel to shame in parts. They could learn a few tricks from Spartacus.

I've read all the books, have got to say though without giving away spoilers that from book 4 the author really messes up the story, i kept reading because I like the Tyrion character but he seems to get carried away with Daenerys part of the narrative and it gets quite unreadable in places. Never seen the show.

Cant remember at the moment Bob. Mrs Rheinhold was mightily pissed off when Sean Bean got killed tho! hehe. Going to watch it tonight.

Spartacus is ace too. Not sure the new Spartacus actor is as good but the action is fantastic, when he chopped his face in half. Asher is a great nasty piece of work.

Did you see the season finale of Spartacus last night? It was well and truly epic, best of this series and one of te best episodes altogether, there's a scene to rival my favourite in the entire show (where that beast cus the guys face off with a hook in the pit then wears it as a mask in the first series) involving Navia and Ashur ;). Yeah the new actors very good but Andy Whitfield (rip) had big boots to step in, Andy was a ****ing beast of a man this new chaps fairly scrawny, but I guess they look fairly similar in the face.

Look for the releases by [eztv] they are genuine good quality and completely clean. Spartacus is epic there's 3 series though ones a prequel, I'd reccomend watching the first season, then gods of the arena (the prequel) then the 2nd season in that order, but don't watch the prequel series first.

    Definitely a must watch show!

I've always wondered why there are so many tv versions of the film Spartacus. Is there anything different about it?

I watched that new Titanic show. Only ever seen one episode of Downtown Abbey at Christmas last year when there was little else on telly, so i don't really get why the bloke, who wrote both is well liked, both here and in America. I was going to give it an episode to get into it, but **** me what a load of ****e that was! Completely dull. The whole thing reminded me of my childhood and everyone raving on about the 1998 film, but without Kate Winslett getting her knockers out. Thank **** it didn't have that ****e soundtrack. No wonder millions like me decided to turn over to another channel.

This remake is well and truly awesome, many people prefer classics to the point where they refuse to acknowledge that any remakes can possibly be superior, but this version of Spartacus is head and shoulders above any other I've seen. Gripping and detailed story line coupled with brutal combat and violence and LOADS of fit birds, tits and shagging. A brilliant mix IMO.

1st season some shots look cheap particularly some if the combat scenes where the cgi effects are lacking a bit, but they improve vastly in the next 2 series where it's clear the budget has increased significantly.

I prefer remakes myself because when you watch older versions the effects are so shabby compared to now that really they don't stand up to viewing, will be checking Spartacus out. Usually I don't like watching film versions of books I read but have seen a few articles on Game of Thrones and reckon it could actually be miles better than the book so won't be disappointed if they don't follow the books line as I think the author started to mess it up by book four!
