All you knobs slagging the Allams off need to wind your necks in! FFS we WOULD NOT have a fukcing club at all if this family hadn't put their money in.

Keep calm and wait and see what happens!

Jobbo's got a very valid point!
But it's the manner in which things are done.
This club is not their "Toy" to be played with.
However, For all we know, they may have someone lined up for the job?
NB "may" have been warned about previous occasions regards his press releases?
AP may've been neglecting his City duties and concentrating more on FC?
The fact is, we don't know!! It's all speculation until a proper statement is released and only then can anything in the statement be confirmed or denied.

I don't expect the allams to leave yet. For me, barmby has gone wont return so new manager in with little to no money to spend.

Actually that's the point. Part of all this vitriol is that nobody thinks what they have done, or are about to do, makes any business sense.

I made the point at Xmas when Barmby was stalling over the terms of his contract, how do you question the unquestionable. That is now where we are at. The vast majority of city fans would under any other circumstances, question what the Allams over what they are doing. The more level headed fans would then have to recognise that the people who saved the club, then have the right to do with it as they wish. All we can do is either go along with that, or vote with our feet. Frustrating as all this is, that is the situation.

All that given I don't think what they have done is very wise in business term.

the fact of the matter is that it IS their toy. £51 million says that. the only people gaining from this is the local short-sighted media, and probably lawyers and those who wrap their chips in newspaper

In terms of PR and bridge building with the fans, someone talented and used to working on a tight budget there is literally only one appointment - step forward (again) Mr Nobby Horton.

The Allams according to many fans have gone from hero to zero. It shows how fickle they are considering all the information that is out is pure speculation. Nobody outside the club knows exactly what has gone on, who has said what and why or what is to happen in the future. Lets hope the truth of the matter does come out then the blame game can start.

There are still a few huge hanging questions to be answered:
    1) Did the Allams save the club with their own money or take out a loan(s) that were significantly in the club's name (secured on the plan of aquiring the ground and neighbouring land at rock-bottom prices)?
    2) Now that plan has fallen through have the Allams been left with huge repayments on their part of the loans and no collateral without said ground and land?
    3) If this is the case do the Allams intend to now asset strip the club to pay off their side of the debts and then bugger off leaving the club on the edge of extinction?

I'm afraid until these questions are answered I'm no longer on the "Allam's are our saviours train" because it may prove that they have exploited Hull City AFC more than any other owners in our history including Mr Lloyd.

The sooner they put out a statement the better for everyone involved. Surely as a successful business man he must see that at this moment in time the PR of him and his family is getting worse. I know there will be some things he can't say but just to give us the bare facts would be a start.

Good post Craig, I,m also staying neutral untill the real facts of the fincial bail out are known. I just hope we havent had to swallow a bitter pill for our survival last season.

I'm afraid that's not true, the speculation on here is fairly accurate to what has occurred and once it's confirmed, things will only get worse.

They're also in bother, as their trumped up charges to get rid of two key members of staff will never hold water legally and it's going to cost them.

The way that they've handled things shows a complete lack of understanding of the fans, in fact, it's bordering on contempt.

I agree OLM. It sucks the way they have treated Nick and Adam (if it is true which seems highly likely now). Nick has always banged on about his own aspirations and ambitions for the club, obviously the Allams don't have the same vision. No suprise really, from day one it was plain to see their main goal was to secure the stadium and the surrounding land on the cheap. Unless things change and the Allams quickly state their true motives and direction for the club most fans will vote with their feet next season.
On another note, seems Liecstre are already sniffing around looking to steal our assets, Koren already mentioned on SSN
