Rocket's disturbing obsession with child abuse continues unabashed. How many threads is that now?

Celtic Boys Club were Not affiliated to Celtic. The link to CFCS is therefor no stronger than a link between CBC and Rangers, a club now defunct, though many will know of them.
Thought BBC Olympic programme this morning was accurate when they announced that Disgraced new club The Rangers would play their first game today at Brechin. The important people see this for what it is.

You've put a terrible idea in my head <laugh>

So tempted to photoshop captions onto scene from airplane!

"Ever been to Celtic Park before?" "No Sir, I've never been to a game before!" "Have you ever seen a grown man naked?"

Bill McMurdo? As in "Agent Orange?". <laugh>

That guy is a prick and if I shook hands with him i'd be checking I still had my wedding ring.

I would not listen to a word he says.

"With all the talk of stripping titles away from Rangers because of alleged book-keeping indiscretions"

By the way, you left this bit out Rocket, one can but wonder why?

"Rangers Football Club have been hounded, vilified and punished beyond any decent level of punishment for certain financial indiscretions (some of them yet to actually be proven, but hey, don’t let that stop the inquisitors). The mention of the Jerry Sandusky affair and its similarity to the Celtic Boys Club story was not about “scoring points.” It was to point out there are worse crimes than paying a player more than his contract said he received".

Kinda sums up this cretin's agenda.

Anyone with half a brain can see McMurdo's article is all about "Scoring Points".

For him to actually seriously attempt to defend Rangers by bringing Celtic into the argument is laughable. The drive to strip Rangers of titles is not driven by Celtic or it's agents, all of Scottish football wants it because it is the correct thing to do if it is proven they employed dual contracts.

Is that to be the defence Rangers will employ in any defence? "But Celtic abused kids and nothing happened to them".

It would rightly be laughed out of court because it is risible, pathetic and somewhat sickening.

Whether you like it or not, Jim Torbett is part of your history, with all of the shame and infamy that entails.

Just count your blessings you are watched over by authorities your CEO has managed to manipulate and control… and not the officials of the National Collegiate Athletic Association.

    They don’t do sweep, sweep…

Should Rangers use that as a defence at any hearing? Maybe they should sack their lawyers and get McMurdo on the case <laugh>

I'll tell you what's " pathetic and somewaht sickening "

It's pathetic and sickening that senior figures within Celtic FC tried to sweep this under the carpet and allowed the paedophile Torbett to carry on molesting children. It's F ucking CRIMINAL !

And Celtic supporters attempts to deflect and deny the biggest scandal in British football history is equally as pathetic and somewhat sickening.

Torbett case was nothing to do with Celtic, no more than his employment at Rangers Boys Club previously had anything to do with the now Defunct Rangers Football Club.

That's a different subject entirely. McMurdo may be right in what he alleges but he is making an argument for Rangers not to be stripped of honours because Celtic Boy's Club had a child abuser at loose. Are we to rewind back to 1967, launch an investigation into the events and decide what bearing they had on the destination of hounours that Celtic won from 67-76 (the Years where Torbett was at CBC).

I would hazard that the child abuse had NO bearing on which trophies Celtic won, unless there was some sexual chemistry in the air at the Boy's club which granted Celtic some type of Tantric magic, and thereby propelled us to trophies galore.

So maybe - as I suggested - Rangers should ssay to the SFA/SPL, we will accept an investigation but we want one into Celtic too.

It makes no odds which is worse, Rangers allegedly cheated to win trophies, Celtic did not, so where's the logic in making comparisons?

    there is none.

This statement is liabelous. Would suggest that you delete the post. Torbett was not employed by Celltic at any time.
