All those doubters over his committment to the black cats should eat their words now in my view. He may not be a prolific striker but he ran all day against the mags and again yesterday...he took some knocks but got up and kept running.
I don't doubt he is trying hard and putting a decent shift in, But I don't think he has enough quality, for me, an average player who I reckon will be shipped out.
Have to agree he's giving everything but I'm not sure he's good enough , but while he's in red and white hell get my support and I hope he proves me wrong
Always said it was his ability that put me off him not the club he supports. Two good games are steps in the right direction but, until he starts scoring then no I won't be changing my mind about him.
Yes goals are important, but forward play is so much more than just scoring goals. Danny has given both the Mags and Everton defences a real hard time in the last two games. His movement has been very good in pulling defenders out of position, making space for the likes of Sess to get into the available space to have a pop at goal. It's still early days in Danny Graham's Sunderland career. The goals will come eventually and I'll be pleased for the lad when they do.
Think he has put two superb performances in, when the quality around him improves and the team takes shape under PDC the goals will come, he is better than I thought, fact. Lol
I don't think he's fit!! He got so tired so quickly the last 2 games. He's making moves in the right direction so I'll give him time but still not sure on ability
Graham has silenced all his critics in the last 2 games - especially me. I never doubted his talent but questioned his commitment to us. After the derby performance and the game yesterday, there can be no doubt he is committed to our cause. He does need a goal though as he has to start scoring goals as well or there is little point in being a striker.
