    <peacedove>Hello Stockport fans.

Liverpool fan on tour of the not606 footy boards.

I did this last season and thought I would make it an annual thing. I'm just popping in for a chat and to find out a bit about your club and its fans.

    How are things with Stockport?

I think you may be right, that's the way it goes on a lot of boards. I'll post on all of them though and move on quickly if the board is dead.

    Stockport fan here - finally!

Gerrez - Don't suppose you've suffered relegation. It's not pleasant. We've had so many over the last few years, it's almost the norm! Oh for mid-table obscurity (not referring to Liverpool, by the way!)

Like the little moving thing on the badge - nice.

Welcome Steve, unlucky last season, I would not have picked you to go down at the start of the season I must admit.

What do you reckon your chances of bouncing back up are? Not surprised you've gone to part time, you won't get many pros wanting to play in that league.

Been a shocking decade for you lot.

Jesus - Thanks for your reply.

Should be able to have a decent season next year. Crowds massive compared to rest of league so playing budget and hopefully good management from Ian Bogie should suffice. But he's starting more or less from scratch with his squad so can he get them playing as a team.

Every year we think we've found the level where we'll at last compete and start a climb back but each year it goes worse!

As you shouldl know JC, this is God's punishment for getting above our station and having 5 years in the Championship!! Could you have a word?

Luvgonzo - Took a while for me to crawl out of the woodwork! I thought you're interest in Stockport, from a Liverpool fan, should be acknowledged.

Liverpool & Stockport are now even further apart in the football spectrum. Don't know whether you are of an age to remember us meeting in the League Cup in 1984. Nil-nil at Edgeley Park, nil-nil after 90 minutes at Anfield, Walsh & Robinson goals in extra time sent Liverpool through. Now we could only meet in the FA cup and we'd have had to win about 8 games to be in the 3rd round draw!! Not going to happen anytime soon!

How do you think Liverpool will do next season? Much depends on Suarez going or staying I suppose. If he stays you're guaranteed a fair few goals. If he goes the funds could buy someone else decent. Win-win I'd say.

I suppose it's a cliche question for a 'Pool fan now but where do you stand on Suarez?

    Steve

Sorry for the late reply, I've only just seen this.

It is sad how the romance has gone out of football there's such a huge divide now.

As far as Suarez goes I want him to stay, I think he owes us fans that much. If he pulls one more silly stunt though then I would want the club to be clear and transfer list him.

Yep football's an abhorrance now. Money, money, money.

Give me Vauxhall Motors, away, any day!

Good luck with the upcoming season, maybe Suarez will behave himself! (I don't believe that even as I'm typing it!!)

    Thanks for the good wishes.

Unfortunately it's all going pear-shaped, as per usual. First 5 games - 4 losses and a draw. Then manager resigns. And we're only just out of August!!

But Liverpool top of the Prem - who'd have thought it?

I'm going in to hibernation until April - then see what carnage has happened in my absence!

    Warren - Still here!

How is help on the way? Are you a rich playboy wanting to buy an ailing club, with a relatively large fanbase at Skrill North level, and invest huge amounts of money to propel us back in to the League?

Or are you offering discounted rates for assisted suicide clinics in Geneva?

    Either would be most welcome!!

Still struggling in the lower half of Skrill North! Crowds still holding up, amazingly, but substantial investment required to get out of this division. Getting back in to the League looks a daunting task.

Liverpool done well this season, kudos to Rogers. Whether there is the strength in depth in the squad compared to the other big teams I don't know. Obviously need to get back in to Europe to generate additional income and attract better players. Easier said than done!

All the best to you and your team in 2014!
