Aye. Couple of nips in the Brig Inn before the match.
Sending off was bizarre, apparently the Lie forward elbowed the ref <yikes>
Ford were below their best and probably desreved the 3 points, but Authurlie didn't deserve to lose - if you get my drift. Home to Medda today - should be goals. Ten in our previous two meetings this season.

St Mirren 1-1 Ross Co (Brittain)

I keep picking Brittain to score. It's the stopped clock syndrome.

I have actually never been in the Brig Inn - I go elsewhere.

I know exactly what you mean - it was cruel on Arthurlie as I think having only 10 men took its toll on them towards the end of the game.

My nephew is the secretary at Arthurlie and what you say is what the ref accused the player of - I believe the player said the ref ran into him. I was standong at the other end, next to the pavilion so didn't see it clearly, however I think the lie player was fouled and in his frustration bumped ther referee. As I said I was at the other end so could be totally wrong, but there didn't look like any intent from him.

The referee was an arrogant little pr1ck and spoiled the game - no doubt he will be made up to senior next season!!!

    St Mirren 1-1 Hibs (Heffernan)

I didn't pick Brittain to score this week. What do you think the chances are that I gave up a week too soon?

Hurlford player definately had a tug at the lie player behind the ref's back, but I didn't see the aftermath - the ref did seem pretty agrieved. A couple of our players said it was an overeaction by the ref, but unless the ref calms down I sense a lengthy ban.

Meadow got a red card against us last week. Another poor decision - didn't help though as we still went down 0-1

Reminds me of a ref in a friendly at Rhyl a few years ago, he was a pompus pr1ck as well, "I'm the referee and I'LL decide when the floodlights need be turned on and generally make a fuss!"

Guys, I'm sorry but I really don't have time for this any more. I am working away every week and as I mentioned at the start of the season I can't access not 606 from work. Please feel free to pick up the baton I inherited from firepit 5 seasons ago. ex-GE.

PS: I am on pie and bovril though, which unlike not 606 can be accessed from my phone.

    GE,

Sorry to see this end. Thanks for all the hard work you have done over the last 5 years. I had a lot of fun with it. Maybe if I ever get to Killie, we can meet up for a pint.

    Cheers,

    Bob

    BTW: What's 'pie and bovril?'
