yes he is, no he isn't. Pick which one fits either option- it could go round in circles!!!. Please please please someone come up with a thread that has nothing to do with the talented/talentless, flexible/inflexible, good enough/not good enough manager.

I think the thread was more a call for a different discussion point to be addressed once in a while. So....

-Anyone else watching West Ham get bossed by a championship side?
-Is there anyone affordable in the Premier League or championship who would solve our midfield issues?

Yes I didn't really expect an answer as the offered answers to the posed question is akin to a mobius strip

Henri Lansbury has had a good first half and - as we know, can take up useful advanced positions and supply the front man / men?

He was also very lucky to get away with giving the ball away on the edge of his own 18 yard box! Should fit in well with our defenders!

In reality he falls into neither category. If Norwich were to get one who was excellent it would not be long before he got nicked. There are probably about enough excellent managers in The Premiership to use trhe fingers of one hand.

That's Dr Samuele Allardici to you Carrabuh, if you please. A bit of respect for the man and his own brand of Total Football without strikers would not go amiss.

Yeah, he's just the man we need! If he can take West Ham down, he can do that for City as well!
