Live on cooncil telly courtesy of our hated foe the BBC. I'm gonnae watch it at my mates hoose to get it right up them (he disnae have a license). **** the bourgeois tellytubby Bergerac pricks that they are.

Rangers midfielder Lewis Macleod is out of the Scottish Cup fifth-round clash against Dunfermline with a calf strain.
Bilel Mohsni is available before serving a two-match league ban but Nicky Clark, Chris Hegarty, Kyle Hutton and Ross Perry remain on the sidelines.
Dunfermline will be without deadline day signings Danny Grainger, Ross Forbes and Jonathan Page.
The trio are cup-tied but on-loan Aberdeen striker Lawrence Shankland can feature.
Andy Geggan is available after suspension and Callum Morris should be in contention after a hamstring injury. However, Allan Smith remains a doubt for the Pars after illness.
Rangers striker Jon Daly: "It's massive. At Dundee United we won the cup and the season before we got to the League Cup final. Everyone saw how big that was.
"It's a great day out for the players and their families and the fans as well. It would be great to experience that with a club like Rangers."
"As players we try not to concentrate on stuff that goes on off the park. Our job is to try to do the right thing on the park.
"We have done that for most of the season. We got knocked out of the League Cup early and (since then) dropped two points in the league, so I think we have done a fairly good job at the moment.
"It would be great to get through to a quarter-final and great for the fans."
"Dunfermline are a good side and will be well up for it. We need to make sure we match that and hopefully we can put our chances away and get through to the next round."
Dunfermline manager Jim Jefferies: "Rangers have beaten us at their place already this season but we played well that night.
"If we play like that again you just never know what will happen."

Stolen from the website of our enemy the BBC.

Temps was good. Shame about the fairly idiotic booking at the end.

Good to be in the last 8.

If we can avoid the paedos at the paedodrome we've got a chance of making it to the final.

Assuming they defeat the bestiality mob Michael. You know when I was a wee boy I never thought football was anything but a sport: sexual perversions had nothing to do with it. I'm obviously a man out of my time<whistle><doh><wah> I'm actually quite uncomfortable about the way society bandies the word paedo about today. It merely serves to devalue what is obviously an atrocious crime against humanity.

And if you make it to the final you have a chance of being humiliated like never before.

I would actually argue that if we ended up playing Celtic it would be you lot that would be on a hiding to nothing Dev. We would be expected to lose heavily. I have a sneaking suspicion that Aberdeen might put you out today. They have to come good against Celtic sometime.

I firmly believe that Aberdeen , despite all the plaudits , are pure ****e . I expect the Tic to put on a show after a couple of recent lacklustre performances and hopefully I will make a small financial gain from this

I don't know Moses, that's the first time i've seen Rangers in a long while and they looked fine against a team of boys but when they come up against tough seasoned pros like Celtic I think there would only be one winner. It's a tired cliche I know but of all the Rangers players only Wallace would get in our team, Templeton and Law would be squad players at best as we probably have better players out on loan.

The key though would be tactics, McCoist has not changed at all and the signing of Daly shows that. When in doubt, hoof it to the big man.

    I doubt it.

That's kind of my point Dev. You would be expected to hammer us. It is the cup though and I think that's Rocket's point too if we did somehow get a result in a cup game it would be far more humiliating for Celtic. I mean nobody expected Morton to beat Celtic in the league cup. We have better players than Morton, but I know you can't judge results by that criteria.

I agree with you about Daly and the long ball. I have said all along I prefer him at centre back. As I said earlier it was nice to see Shiels back he adds a bit more intelligence up front.

Wow (RIFC, Sevco, The Rangers) whatever you call your team these days make it to a quarter final and think they are good again. <rofl>
More than likely we will get a good doooing from Celtic today, but i honestly dont think your shambles of a club would fair any better. If i was allowed to bet, which of course i am not, i would put a few quid on Celtic drawing The Rangers in the quarter finals, as it may be the last chance for the two clubs to meet.

Morton knocked you out last season.

In Cup football anything can happen.

Of course but i've seen enough of Celtic to know it would be Bhoys against Boys let's so i'm very confident in a Tic win, I don't see it happening though, I suspect Rangers will get someone else in the draw who will be a sterner test than The Pars, then Ally will work his fabled Cup Magic again and it will be another exit.
