While Gallen Is QPR through and through he has not brought through a single regular first team starter from the youth system ever. If Ramsey is to take over at least he has a good record at youth level.
The football yesterday was ****e. The team was playing Ramsey type football. Huddersfield were by far more creative than us, so for me Ramsey and Hasselbaink are completely clueless.
Ramsay clearly has a good track record at youth level but if Gallen has developed players to their maximum potential (as Dave Mac suggests) surely their is no more he can do? He can't make the manager pick them, if at the peak of their game they are not good enough that can't be his fault.
From his tales of Raheem Sterling he also gave the impression that he selected youth candidates. I'll give him that QPR haven't been a very attractive option for kids for a very long time, nor would I suggest that he is solely to blame, but nevertheless he cannot be called a success by any stretch of the imagination.
Who coached Rahem Sterling? wonder woman? Then try reading this from a QPR coach, Ted in disguise, you twat. http://tonymccool.blogspot.co.uk/2014/10/academy-football-coach-my-time-in-my.html

Top, Triffic Stuff 9's, What other things has he posted that look stupid in hindsight. Sorry my mistake, it's all of it isn't it?
Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Managing change is very difficult. Some of us would argue that it is made harder through an ill-defined vision, unknown values and cultural expectations, and an absence of clear, strong leadership. With so many changes in all personnel - not just the playing staff - within an organisation, it must be difficult to communicate and reinforce those fundamentals detailed above; that like glue, cement a common purpose. In a nutshell, that's Lee Hoos' primary goal for 2016.
TF said before the beginning of this season that this years campaign was all about stability ... So let's have a quick butcher's at how QPR's stable season is going from a managerial and senior coaching position... Bond Out Ramsey In Warnock In Blackwell In Ramsey Out Hasselbaink In Oldfield In Warnock Out Blackwell Out Gallen Out Ramsey In? Not too shabby is it? All that in only five months!
Also in the news, club to change it's name to Ferdinand Rangers F.C. with the club crest banner to read "Like my way or eff off."
Must be somewhere for gallen amongst the bloated levels of team management Or does Ferdinand not like him
So we are now giving Ferdinand **** for something that hasn't actually happened and may not have been his decision even if it does? I for one would be pleased to see Ramsey given a youth coaching role. It would be sad if Gallen had to make way for him though.
