some of the abuse he gets on other forums is ridiculous. Needs a run out with a nippy partner, reckon he'll be ok

What annoys me is that someone like Polter, who is ok but isn't a natural, gets all these chances now and then players like Luongo, who has great ability and attitude on the pitch, gets nothing. I know our striker situation is desperate but at least give Thomas a ****ing chance. I really cannot believe that Luongo hasn't had a chance because he's been poor on the training pitch (despite great form on the pitch) and Polter has looked fantastic on the training pitch thus his chances?

JFH might get a better view of the players abilities now they've upped their training to a massive two hours on a training day.

Couldn't disagree more ref Polter, this is the first chance he's had and he's had to wait ages for it and I think you'll find JET and Luongo have still played more games. Polter may not be particularly good but 2 goals and 2 assists in 4 games is form I'll take from a striker any day. I do totally agree ref Luongo though I can't believe Fer has been picked ahead of him.

At least Seb has his wife & dog (possible new mascot?) to cheer him up when he gets home from a hard day at the office:-

I'll give Jimmy the benefit of doubt that he rested Polter, but today was the day to play two up front and have a go. We apparently did neither
