Can't remember the last time we looked so passionless, devoid of ideas, even unprofessional, they are NOT a team. I've just spent nearly £2000 on renewing season tickets, and they dish up that pile of ****. I'm so disappointed there are no words to express it.
Don't know if I want to listen to Canary Call - Mark Rivers is on. He was boring as feck last time I heard him.
Scrub round my recent post - we WILL be demoted. Are we watching player power on the pitch? Whatever team AN puts out it does not perform. After that result are now unlikely to win another match
Not something that I had considered before but after the run of recent performances you have to wonder.
Name the quoter: "We are going to keep fighting till the end. That is all the club expects from us. Take it game by game. There is no reason why we cannot escape. We showed fight today. We had a game plan: we defended well and attacked well."
I wonder how long it will take Saint Delia and co to sack the manager this time? Another SIX defeats in a row perhaps
In what proportion? For me the players are at least 75% responsible, for whatever reason. This is the only reason I am not on the "sack AN" bandwagon just yet.
Yes, but only some players, we can't blame the defenders, it's the midfielders fault don't you know. Oh and of course you can't blame Martin for anything. Shame Ruddy wasn't playing we could blame him then. Clearly another CB wouldn't help, what we really need is another midfielder
Well, I'm trying to look at the positives and I'm thinking I've never been to Burton Albion's ground before so that will be something different.
Another positive is we do have a lot of championship standard players (hardly no PL quality players), so we should be okay next season.
Indeed. Naismith is head and shoulders above the rest of the team (but maybe we can make him look piss poor too as the weeks go bye) though Brady is not too far behind. Those two aside, the team is nowhere near strong enough.
I've supported Norwich from the Dave Stringer years to now so I've seen a bit of a mixed bag but I always think you should strive to do better. We have to balance the books but in the summer I thought we were in the place to invest, you can't just bring in reinforcements in the January window and just hope everybody gels together as a team. It's the mentality of the club I think us as fans are to blame to. Since Hughton the atmosphere at Carrow Road has been morgue like, when people challenge it they often get the same old answer 'I'll make some noise when the players give me something to cheer about!' Hate to break this to people but some of the best clubs in Europe have fans make noise when their losing or playing badly, it's a **** excuse in my opinion, we should make other clubs fear turning up at Carrow Road. The Noveux brand of footie fans who treat the club like a trip to the opera don't help either, these people were not about during the days of Rioch and Hamilton etc, they started coming out of the woodwork during the Worthington years. We need fans who genuinely back the club not just make up the numbers.
