    The breakfast of champions. What do you like on yours? Any preference for the bread?

    For me the ideal has to be a crusty white bloomer, real butter and a decent spread of Satan's earwax (Marmite)

    Sainsbury's walnut cob. Proper butter, marge is for leave voting chav scum. Haven't had brekkie yet so not sure whether marmite or marmalade this morning. Nothing with golliwogs on though , this is the 22st century. Tea, hot strong and the colour of brick dust.

    Sounds gay, AR.

    Pumpernickel. Lurpak. Wilkin and Sons' Morello Cherry. Ethiopian coffee. Snout.

    And I collect golliwogs.

    Do keep up, I'd already done a breakfast thread ages ago so decided to focus on the toast itself this time round.

    Lurpak seems to be rather popular, I'm more of an Anchor man (expect this to be edited for comedic effect)

    But it's the only time I have toast - my Sunday brekkie.

    Lurpak is the King of butter. Accept no substitute.

    Meant to be a thread about toast, not a thread about not being able to have toast.

    Oh well, before anyone else gets to it;

    Toast with Fiona Apples
    Toast with Mark Almond spread
    Toast with Nene Cherry jam

    A draw. Knew if I got it for one slice i would actually eat the whole thing myself in one sitting. So got a tiger bap as a compromise. No pasta in my lunch today to make up for it
