I tried one and that kept on freezing, but then tried the other so have been watching most of the day with a bit of India/Australia mixed in 74 to win
It didn't and knocked them off more easily than if we had have had the extra half hour last night. Good win considering the lack of practice they had in Sri Lanka. Hope they win the toss on the next game as I think that will be crucial
Brilliant result for India, well played Pujara, Gill and Pant. @cromercanary Replying to @CanariesDU and @BCCI To go from 36 all out to winning the next 2 matches, taking the series with half the first choice team missing is miraculous. So many warriors / heroes to commend. Compulsive viewing / listening for all true cricket fans around the world. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Yes I forget which one, one froze, but the other was great, thanks The poor Australians.... my heart bleeds... What was Tim Paine mouthing off about the Gabba?
Pitch as flat as a pancake, Anderson 19 overs 3-24 with 10 maidens! What a player he is, took him a while to learn his craft, but as long as his body holds up he can decide how long he wants to play for.
I'm all for this rotation idea re Broad and Anderson in particular. JA now 38, SB 34.5, both still have plenty to offer but it needs to be properly managed. Well played Angelo Matthews today, too.
Especially the openers. Six innings, no double figure score. Embuldeniya getting the both every time. Root has just passed 150 as I type.
Has any batsman ever scored a double century in successive matches? I am sure Gooch scored a double and 150 in the same match, which is pretty impressive.
In this current innings #JoeRoot has leap-frogged Boycott, Pietersen and Gower in the all time #England test runs scored. And still plenty of time on his side to become the best ever!
