A - Totally unprofessional B - I think Whyte bikes were first with that logo by a LONG way ! That greasy haired freak is an embarrassment IMHO .
So Alonso has won leMans for a 2nd time (by luck) and is now WEC champion with Nakajima and Buemi. I wonder what he will do next? As he went be returning to WEC for few years until the hyper cars are established.
I'll have a think about what other one sided championships are available for him to 'win' with little competition........ Realistically though, if he genuinely wants to win Indy, he should do a full season there.
Yep, that's what I was getting at Read he was looking at Dakar Rally. Not sure he'd do WRC, so unless he goes for a high profile national championship, what else is there for him? DTM maybe?
I still don't understand why other teams entered lmp1 in wec. The balance of power rules actively gave Toyota an advantage. It would be like F1 giving Mercedes a lower minimum weight and free pu changes, despite already being dominant.
Alonso and McLaren have now officially parted ways. This can only mean An F1 return or an Indy car ride surely?
I don't see Alonso returning to F1, which team?? Williams, no way, Red Bull (replace Gasley?) now that would be a story but pretty unlikely, a real break in the team approach and would Honda want to work him? doubtful. He would only come back for a top seat, none available as I see it. Has to be Indy.
Saw an article today that he caused sparks in the Toyota WEC team. Not read it in full yet, but I am assuming its reference to him being difficult to handle as many F1 teams found out to.
I am surprised if it's Rich Energy pulling the plug not Hass! I would be surprised if RE had paid their bills!
