Well there we have it we have just lost to the worst Newcastle team in the last 10 years if anyone could name a worse team they have had I would love to no! And yet we have spent 30 million and still can't beat them at HOME!!!! So where did it all go wrong..... In my opinion it's this, k.r is not a left back that's obvious! Elmo is not a footballer! That's also obvious, I can't believe Bruce is playing Larson a plAyer that is in the team to deliver crosses, playing him on the left but he has no left foot so he had to keep coming back! All this to accommodate Elmo who in my opinion is useless and is only in the team to win headers!! Colback has potential but is not ready for the big time yet in my opinion, Gardner should of played, Ferdinand lost every single header against shola and seemed to be 5 yards away from him every single time!! Also bruce please please please buy a proven striker because if you don't you will soon find yourself jobless, sess is class but won't score enough goals and the same goes for gyan, also the thing that wound me up wickham came on and was just walking around!!! I mean comemon son your a young lad you should be charging around the pitch putting it in!!! Ji doesn't look up to much but you never no!? What does everyone else think??
I don't think it's to accommodate Elmo. I think it's just that we don't have one player who can play on the left wing comfortably. Kranjcar pleaseeeeee.
I think we have aquired some decent players during this window, but for unknown reasons they are not being played.
Why? Do you think he deserves to start every game? apart from winning the odd header what doze he actually bring to us??
Elmo A.K.A. The Egyptian David Beckham should never have been given a contract. He has no end product what so ever. Why buy so many players close season to replace the dross that were playing today and not play them? Bruce has been given more than enough time & money to sort this team out but he continually gets it wrong!!
We have no left winger which is why Larsson is on the left. Elmo is not a top player and runs around like a head less chicken. Gyan never has been a goal scorer wherever he has been, Sess is great on the ball, but very lightweight and not clinical enough and our other forwards in Bruce's own words are 'for the future.' If he's talking the Championship then he may be right.
