Today's game is just another game. A very important game much like every 'next fixture' is. Still only 3pts at stake too.

Yeah but Spurs drew and United lost, so it wasn't really that important, just disappointing.

Not nervous at all but then, rarely do get nervous about football. I do get excited but can't say that's the case yet today.

Top four are going to take points off each other, Tottenham have taken their three points, so we need our own three points.

Lovren....let's hope his head is in the right place after the mess he made of the reverse fixture. Would have preferred Matip myself as Spurs rely on speed up front not being overly physical. Think the game will be won by whoever dominates midfield.

No it is not simple as
Being defeatist is wanting teams BELOW us to lose so we can get further away points wise than hoping we can beat them at home
You are confusing defeatist with being respectful of our opposition who are a good side that have been built in the correct manner - as much as I hate saying that.
I will repeat as long as it’s a good game played in the right manner I am happy today

I'd say Spurs' attack is pretty slow, none of Alli, Kane or Eriksen are particularly fast.
