Research into Forum Users

Hi,

Recent reseach conducted by the Social Technological Department at Rome University found that 87% of forum users use an alter ego when conversing. This co-insides with 82% of forum users who would rather poke fun at people than have a debate or cival conversation.

The research also proved that the the vast majority of users took themselves too seriously and react badly when another user poked fun at them.
Researchers put this down to lack of sexual prowess and insececurities with their own sexuality.

That may, or may not, be true - I wouldn't know. What it does do however is make them buck up their ideas with following posts, you need to work on your grammar as well though.

I do make a couple of WUM articles every now and then and i do WUM the mancs & others on our boards but other than that i try to keep things on football and especially Arsenal...

Im not here to pick on people or belittle people im here just talk to with some like minded gooners and maybe a bit of friendly banter here and there but and its a big but if someone starts talking cak ill happily tell them my opinion and if they dont like it and start getting tetchy ill use their own mentality and mindset and attack back...

 

I'll admit, I've only got How soon is now, but I don't mind them.

It seems to me this thread is a basically a WUM love-in. i.e "One WUM says to another WUM I'm really just a part time WUM, 2nd WUM - yeah me too, only on weekends etc, I respect you because you are a funny WUM... Can you not see that there is in fact a worrying lack of football discussion on a board meant for football discussion? My friends I think it is time for some of you to shut it then we can talk about Arsenal for once, how about that?
