people just lob stuff all the time. I'm out early with my dog ,particularly at weekend, and the amount of crap & bottles lying around is staggering . I've seen people literally leaning on rubbish bins and yet still dropping stuff on the ground

It's become part of the culture as the years have gone on, the City is in partnership with Kingdom Security who hand out fines to "litter louts", their main targets and money makers are elderly people that drop cigarette ends in the street, they haven't got the bottle to confront the toe rags that throw Maccies, Burger King and KFC cartons and rubbish on the ground outside the places mentioned.

It's sad to see people having so little respect in the place they live. I remember where i used to live in London, they finished off refurbing the underground station and the area around it, looked really nice. But after a few weeks the place was littered with fag butts and rubbish, made it look years old. I've been to Germany and it's a complete contrast, everything is very clean.
