https://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/new...se-death-beverley-racecourse-clarabel-1797123 Can anyone explain why this is seen as a 'tragedy'? One horse dies, it's a tragedy. Millions of cows, sheep, pigs, and all sorts of other animals are slaughtered every single day and it's ok. Yes, it's sad that an animal has unnecessarily died in the name of 'sport', for man's entertainment, but ffs are people genuinely so thick and brainwashed that they can't join up the dots?
Of course it's ok. Unless you're vegetarian or vegan, then it isn't ok. That's how morals and ethics work. There, I've just saved you hours of typing about cognitive dissonance, Gary Yourovsky and how veganism is the only logical choice going forward and us reading about it. Have a splendid evening.
I just accidentally spilled a glass of milk... I didn't cry, no use. edit: The cow jumped over the moon
The tragedy I would guess is that the owner may well have lost a horse worth a lot of money. Horses are very expensive to insure, and often owners choose not to insure them.
what happens to the dead horse? does it get sold for dog/cat food? the rest for making glue? just asking cos i enjoy a bit of horse steak, seems a waste for it to go to cats or dogs.
Has anyone else ever woken up in a morning and realised how much better the world would be if we were all vegans?
