Is Klopps insistence on putting Matip on in the dying minutes irritating anyone else?

Creating multiple chances against a top four side with a good defensive record suggests otherwise ;)

buy psychologically it won't affect them much.

they can say kane was tired and alli injured and move on.

a 5 or 6 goal.pasting and their fans would be screaming.

A top four side that played like relegation fodder whilst two of our front three were trying to do it all themselves.

Creating multiple chances but only scoring two that their keeper gifted us?

They were unlucky to not get a penalty at the end too. Very possibly ending 2-2 then

We treated them like a nothing team. I think the forwards were so wasteful because they knew there was no chance of them getting back in the game. Problem with that is it leaves the door open for a #bentasfuck ref.

Good. They only play us once more but City twice. Maybe they'll try against them this year.

What happens at the end is irrelevant. Correct decisions would have Spurs down to at most 10 men and then the game plays out differently.

well... They turned up v utd which they've never done before so maybe they will...

if they are outside the top 4 they always try more.

Who cares how much it affects them.....I don't. We have the 3 points and that's all that matters.
But I do think Spurs will be taking points off some of our rivals, they are a good side

Eye gouge was #nailedon red but he should have already been off before that for scissor tackle from behind and 2 penalties for holding in box. Add in the mandatory yellows for diving and obstructing our free kicks and Spurs should have been trying to hold on to 0-4.

Yep, I’d have liked to see Fabinho come in for one of the forwards, it keeps the first line of defence and Fabinho is always capable of creating or scoring goals.

    yes.

it was nonsense yesterday as it disrupted the back line for no reason.

taa was fine and no yellow card... I really didnt get it.

Bring on Matip wasn't the problem it was taking off TAA and shunting Gomez into RB.

Keep Gomez and TAA both on and bring off a forward and then have Matip sit in front of the back four. Or if TAA was struggling then bring Fabinho or Moreno to play at fullback.
