The terms and conditions of posting on social media? I think that's a can of worms. As for the SMC conditions for entry and purchasing event tickets I very much doubt it says if you post things on social media which Ehab disapproves of you can't come in.

 

First thoughts on the letter:

It's not signed - anyone with an impish sense of humour could easily replicate that letter and send it to someone else.

It appears to be from the SMC but at the end states Hull City Tigers and SMC.

It's been dictated - it reads like some frustrated knob head has spoke into a Dictaphone and told his secretary to send it.

In other words, it's all very amateurish - something we've unfortunately come to expect.

What I meant was the SMC may have t&c that state they can ban/refuse entry to whoever they want from the stadium (reserve the right to ...etc) and Hull City can decide who they sell tickets to.

The Allams aren't just out of touch with football. They're out of touch with reality and normal human behaviour. They are the western equivalent of the dictators whose dissenters mysteriously disappear. If this was a less stable country where they could get away with it they would silence people like OLM in the same way that Putin and others do. It's exactly the same kind of personality - this furious, over the top inability to accept being questioned.

As long as they're here they'll keep doing stuff like this, on the very edge of what they can get away with. In the past they've tried to target people's workplaces, using their financial influence to try to get people sacked. This is just the latest in a very long line of events which by now is almost predictable. They really aren't just people who fail to understand the nuances of football fans like some think they are. They are truly very bad people on a fundamental level. It's still one of the most frustrating things for me that so many people still see them as just foolish but innocent. They've been underestimated and downplayed from the start.

 

Don't worry about that, let's see what the black and amber vests think about it.

The right to refuse admission still exists, but there is an expectation that the reasons are explained, but that's more to prove it's not discrimination on race, gender etc.

It's maybe an appropriate time for OLM to step out of the closet.
